We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your crate is not the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible products in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully disassemble the crate and pack it securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
